Thank you very much Jacob for your kind words! The subjects of my paintings are the following:
1rst painting: Icarus from Greek Mythology. He flew so high that his wings (which were constructed from feathers and wax) melted and he fell into the sea!
2nd painting: My mother when she was 18 years old. Painted as pictured in a small black and white old photograph.
3rd painting: My mother and my father in 2004 (in old age) in mountain Olympus ("home" of the Twelve Olympian gods of the ancient Greek world), where we had a pic nic.
4th painting: Me, when I was 23 years old, as a student at Thessaloniki.
5th painting: Subject from my imagination, Theme: “Tender Care”
I have painted my daughter too! She is the last painting of "κάποια από τα έργα μου...", (oil in camvas),and she is 22years old, before 4 years. The girl in black. I put her in the "women of 20th century"
